Building a CDP scoring automation tool
We built an automated scoring tool that supports all questions (approximately 700 items) in the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project). Scoring work, which previously required a huge amount of time and manual work, was converted into an Excel-based system that can be processed instantly. This is an example of development that was handled entirely in-house, from structuring the rules to building the logic.

To essentially reduce the burden of writing template sentences, we developed an Excel VBA "automated template sentence input tool." This tool aims to significantly reduce the time-consuming and cumbersome manual work required, freeing up time to focus on core business tasks.

When entering daily reports, it is extremely important to be able to do so quickly and without stress. This system is equipped with a wide range of input assistance functions that are "as intuitive and easy to understand as possible, and that also reduce work time." Specifically, these include "reducing manual input by completing the mouse operation" and "time can be entered using only the numeric keypad."


School uniform measurement input + order form creation tool
The approach is to input simple combinations of numbers or letters and have them automatically converted internally (e.g., "11" to "jacket," "23" to "slacks," etc.). With this method, as users become more proficient, the operation becomes more familiar to their hands, and they can work smoothly, just like playing a typing game.

A visiting nursing service wanted to streamline its fax sending operations.
This service was creating fax messages to other services in Excel.
Currently, they were creating faxes by copying and pasting the service name and recipient's address from a list of services, which led to selection and input errors. Because faxes are sent frequently, the amount of input work required is increasing.
They contacted us to discuss ways to reduce the hassle of manually adjusting the address and message for each recipient.
